Der Vermieter wohnt ständig im Haus, nutzt jedoch einen separaten Eingang. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine Nebenstraße (Länge 120 m). Im Winter sind Schneeketten zwingend erforderlich. Parkplatz in Carport.
