It is located between the largest cities of Crete and can be an ideal choice for your daily excursions of exploration. Villa Kantifes was built in 2018 and is designed to provide comfort and ergonomics for every visitor, without any aversion to aesthetics. On the outdoors there is a sea view and you can enjoy it as you sunbathe from the pool. It has a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area. On the ground floor there is a comfortable lounge with large flat-screen TV, banquet and a kitchen with a breakfast table and all modern amenities. In the ground floor the color of wood dominates in a timeless minimalist style. Cozy curtains decorate the windows and offer privacy when it is required. The house can accommodate up to 5 guests in its two bedrooms, with one double bed in one room and three single beds in the other (they can be converted in to double bed and a single bed on request). The bedrooms are located on the first floor and have two balconies with a shelter and awesome green and sea views.

Exterior Area:-First of all, all the exterior areas of the property are private and also provide full privacy-32m2 private swimming pool and depth 1.45-4m2 children's pool and depth 0.45- Fully equipped built in barbecue area - outdoor dining tables under shadows with views to the sea and the surrounding landscape- Different places to relax under a shade or under the sun along with sun beds, umbrellas, dining tables or exterior sofas- 2 parking spaces

Villa Kantifes is located 14 kilometers from Rethymno, the most beautiful city of the island and 7 kilometers from the nearest beach in Stauromeno with many beach bars and restaurants. Rethymno has a lively nightlife, beautiful narrow streets for walking in the old town, huge variety of souvenir shops, many restaurants and a Venetian castle and harbor. It has very welcome people and every year attracts more and more visitors.
