In addition to all of the above, if you want to swim in the sea which is only 50 m away, or keep an eye on your precious boat and see it safely moored from the terrace, Villa Hana will fulfill your desire! There are two mooring spaces in the sea right below the house, for up to 12m boats.Villa Hana Croatia, built as the family dream house by the owner’s parents Hana and Dragomir Vojnić, was completely renovated in 2022. It is brand new property! Though the house offers modern luxuries and state-of-the-art technologies and appliances, the warmth of the Mediterranean architecture has been preserved, and the renovations were done very carefully in order to protect lush local vegetation nourished by mama Hana for decades.The house has 6 parking spaces in the front of a self-standing garage. Half of garage space is dedicated to gym, fitness area (training bench with weights/barbell set, multi-functional exercise machine, Pilates ball) and 2 bikes for your recreation. You can go swimming right in front of the house, while the first beach, Poljana Beach with cafes is 500 meters away including the dog-beach. Beneath the house there is a path along the seaside with a bike track, which leads to the Losinj Marine (1 km) and to the center of Mali Losinj (further 2 km).
Dolphin Island - If you stay with us during winter or early spring, with a little luck you will be able to see dolphins playing in the sea in front of the house! Namely, Losinj has the "Plavi svijet" Institute focused on research and protection of endangered Adriatic species. Thus, the Adriatic Project Dolphin has been established in the early 21st century, with goal to study ecology, population, genetics, acoustics and habitats of the good dolphins in the Adriatic Sea. If you wish to, you can also adopt a dolphin, follow the Dolphin Path, or register for an organized boat ride for dolphin watching.
Healing Sanatorium for Skin and Lungs - Losinj has subtropical vegetation, with mild sea currents coming from the southern Mediterranean, which helps keep the sea water pristine and the winter temperatures at 120C on average, and summer temperatures at 28-300 C. Curative properties of the Losinj climate have been well-known since the late nineteenth century, when the health tourism on the island was born. In 1882, Doctor Conrad Clar (1844-1904), an established Austrian balneologist and natural therapist discovered curative properties of the Losinj climate and declared the towns of Mali Losinj and Veli Losinj national sanatoriums. It became the gathering spot for Vienna's aristocracy, and many sanatoriums and spas were built in that period. Health-tourism remained important to this day, led by the Veli Losinj Sanatorium that focuses on treatment of pulmonary and skin diseases. Natural healing factors of Losinj are: mild climate, 2.580 sunny hours per year on average, sea water that is consistently tested and is pristine, marine aerosol, 265 types of algae in the sea surrounding Losinj, joined with olive tree, pine tree and blueberry bush pollen, numerous aromatic plants and clean sea air with rich plant life, all together create a unique air bath beneficial to the overall health and the issues related to the pulmonary and skin diseases. Long-term tradition of treating pulmonary diseases with natural remedies has made Losinj into a top destination, where visitors can relax from everyday stress of modern living. All these natural wonders and benefits have been a part of the local tradition for ages, and the islanders truly cherish and respect their surroundings, which is why they are always happy to greet new visitors and help them see the beauty of the island with their own eyes.

Seafront Adriatic Pearl - Property Layout:3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 300 m2 of terraces, heated private pool & whirlpool with the sea view, Gym. The main entry to the house is on the first floor and it leads to a fully equipped kitchen with a living room, which opens to a large (40 m2) terrace/balcony with a magnificent, panoramic sea view. The whole terrace/balcony is covered with two bio-climatic pergolas with movable roof for you to choose when you wish to have more sun or more shade. Also, on the west side of the pergola there is electric sun-screen to protect you from the afternoon sun.The house has three bedrooms (2 on the 1st floor and 1 at the ground floor) with king-size beds and lavish en suite bathrooms, and each of them offer different amenities:

- Olive bedroom offers an access to the terrace with a whirlpool
- Master bedroom has a private terrace under the pine forest,
- Pool suite has a beautiful sea view and a direct pool access, as well as a bar-kitchen and chill out space after a long day of swimming and sunbathing.
The WiFi is available on the whole property, and each of the rooms have a work/vanity desk with an Internet outlet. All rooms in the house are outfitted with Air Conditioning and a floor heating system for colder periods of the year.For the film and music lovers there is IP TV, digital SAT TV (with thousands of movies and TV shows data base), Netflix and internet radio. The pool terrace has outside speakers which can always contribute to the relaxing atmosphere. For your safety, the house is equipped with video surveillance and an alarm system.

- Dedicated bicycle path and wright up to it walking path, located just below the house, are taking you to Losinj Marine (1km) or to the center of Mali Losinj.
- Mali Losinj offers numerous gastronomic places, two of the restaurants being recommended by Michelin (Alfred Keller and Matsunoki restaurants).
- Museum of Apoxyomenos is unique archeological and architectural cultural institution in the Region, 4 km away
- Island hopping is great way to see beauty and diversity of the Croatian islands and beaches. Daily trips to nearby islands (Susak, Srakane, Unije, Ilovik, Cres, Rab, Pag) are offered in Mali Losinj center (4 km)
