Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangt man auf den Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Es sind zwei Autostellplätze vorhanden.
Es handelt sich um eine Zweizimmerwohnung mit insgesamt sechs Schlafplätzen. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, zwei mit Doppelbett und eines mit einem Etagenbett. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Sofa und einen Fernseher. In der vollausgestattetn Küche befindet sich ein Esstisch mit Stühlen. Die Wohnung ist teilweise klimatisiert und verfügt über eine Waschmaschine. Das Badezimmer hat Dusche, Bidet und WC.
Von der Wohnung aus gibt es eine Weg zum Strand ohne die Strasse überqueren zu müssen. Sie liegt nah am Hafen des Etna und es sind nur fünfzehn Minuten bis Taormina. Zum Etna, den höchsten Vulkan Europas sind es nur 25 Minuten. Die Wohnung kann auch in den Wintermonaten gemietet werden, an den Hängen des Etna gibt es Skipisten. Der Strand in der Nähe ist ein Sandstrand, teilweise kieselig, mit der Möglichkeit Sonnenschirme und Liegen anzumieten. In der Umgebung gibt es Restaurants, Pizzerien, Discotheken, Fischläden, Supermärkte, Geschäfte, Gummibootverleih und Autoverleih. Man kann Exkursionen zum Etna machen und den Krater des Vulkans besichtigen, es gibt hier ein Seilbahn zum Gipfel. Taormina und Acireale erreicht man in fünfzehn Minuten, die Gole des Alcantara in zwanzig Minuten, Randazzo und die Riviera dei Ciclopi in ca. 30 Minuten. Siracusa, Caltagirone und Piazza Aremerina und Agrigento sind ca. 60 Minuten entfernt.
