Villa Suzy is perfect for a vacation with family and friends who want to have a great time together in beautiful town Medulin.
Villa has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
With its 250m2 living space and 700m2 outside space, the villa can accommodate up to 12 persons.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen with dining area as well as a bright and open living room with direct access to the villa´s terrace and pool outside.
On the first floor there are 4 more air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and television, each with its own bathroom (two bedrooms have an open bathroom).
NOTE: One of the bathrooms is without toilet.
Two bedrooms have their own balcony.
In addition to the rooms on the first floor, there is air conditioning in the kitchen and in the living room.
On disposal, guest also have:
Iron + Ironing board, WiFi Internet, Washing machine, Beddings / Towels, Smart TV / Sat, parking in front on house for up to 4 cars.
The refreshing 38m2 private pool is the centerpiece of the villa and is where you will probably spend most of your holiday. Depth of the pool is 140cm.
Another highlight is a terrace with grill area where you can prepare delicious local specialties with your loved ones.
NOTE: A security deposit in the amount of 500,00 EUR (cash) must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order.
