Very quiet area, lots of greenery, grassy area for children,fairly large parking ,close to the hospital, pharmacy, ATM, bank with a currency exchange, food store, can take a stroll on the property, close to the bars, to the sea leads straight road with only one turn, the nearest beach has a jogging trail,3 nice restaurants are 1km away.....

On the 2nd floor of a residential building(NO LIFT),air-conditioning,free wi-fi,free parking (30m from the apartment),balcony.The apartment has two bedrooms:one with king sized double bed,the other with 3 single beds with the possibility to add an auxilliary one.The kitchen is equipped with a gas-stove,a fridge and a microwave.Warm water is due to a modern condensationing heater.The bathroom has a shower,and there is one additional toilet.
