Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Zweifamilienhaus, ein wunderschöner Wintergarten der sich über die Küche und das Wohnzimmer erstreckt. Der Blick aus dem Wintergarten öffnet einen wunderschönen Innenhof, in mitten ein junger Amberahorn, der im Herbst eine traumhafte Rot-Gelb-Lila Färbung stellt. Ehemals war dies ein kleiner Bauernhof mit einem Dachdeckerbetrieb, welcher von uns seit Jahren aufwendig saniert und teilweise neu aufgebaut wurde. Im Innenhof ist ein bedachter Freisitz für 6 Personen, der jederzeit auch bei schlechtem Wetter genutzt werden kann, ein Grill steht hier auch zu Verfügung. Das Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist nur über eine Treppe erreichbar. An der Unterkunft stehen acht PKW Stellplätze und zahlreiche Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder bereit.
Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt, mehrere Sitzgelenheitein, acht PKW-Stellflächen.
Die Austattung ist luxuriös
Die Umgebung ist geprägt von saftigen Wiesen und Hügeln, unser Wald (zum Obersten Holz) lädt zum Wandern ein. Der Fluss Eder fließt vom Edersee bis an unserem Ort vorbei.
Das Apartment befindet sich in einem wunderschönen Innenhof, was früher ein kleiner Bauernhof mit einem Dachdeckerbetrieb war und von uns seit ein paar Jahren aufwendig renoviert und teilweise neu aufgebaut wurde.
