Enjoy a relaxing holiday with views of the surrounding mountains in this spacious 4.5-room penthouse (175m2) with gallery and three balconies. The apartment has three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The gallery can accommodate two more guests with a sofa bed and en-suite bathroom. The heart of the modern apartment is the open kitchen with an adjoining bright and comfortable dining/living area with fireplace.

The house is situated in a quiet but central area, only 8 minutes’ walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the village centre. The bus stop is close by.

In addition to WiFi, a parking space is included in the rent, and the lift provides convenient access to the apartment.

Pets are welcome.

The glacier village of Grindelwald nestles in a diverse, unspoilt Alpine landscape. It is world famous for its backdrop of snow-covered mountains including the Wetterhorn, Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. In summer, some 500 kilometers of well-marked walking, hiking and mountain trails wait to be explored. En route you will find you’ll find rustic mountain restaurants offering a wide selection of good food, ideal spots to take a relaxing break. The region has many other summer activities to enjoy, such as 120 kilometers of marked mountain-biking routes, paragliding, bungee jumping in the glacier gorge, scooter bike run, summer roller-sledge run, First cliff walk and much more. In winter, 45 mountain railways, aerial cableways and ski lifts offer an invitation to enjoy great fun in the Jungfrau Region. The tree areas of, Grindelwald-First, Kleine Scheidegg-Männlichen and Mürren-Schilthorn offer over 200 kilometers of pistes, with a choice of thrilling or easy downhill runs. Non-skiers are well created for with 100 kilometers of winter-walking trails. The region is also a paradise for sledding fans. The 15-kilometre sledge run from the Faulhorn summit down to Grindelwald is the longest in the Alps. And there’s plenty more snow sport on offer in the Jungfrau Region, including snowshoe tours, cross country skiing and ice sport.

    “Preis / Leistung stimmte nicht für die 4 Paare,
    Schlafkomfort finden wir sehr wichtig für eine Ferienwohnung,
    Parkier - Möglichkeit nicht befriedigend in diesem hohen Mietpreis. Positiv: Heimelige Wohnung, alle Zimmer mit Bad, direkter Liftzugang zur Wohnung, grosser Balkon, schöne Aussicht, Küche / Wohnbereich schön gestaltet, Negativ: Galeriezimmer: Bett ist nicht für Erwachsene geeignet, Kissen sehr schlechte Qualität, Betten sehen schön aus aber auch da beim Komfort gespart, Küche: es fehlen Utensilien für eine Grossgruppe ( z.B. grosse, hohe Bratpfannen, kein Fleischfondue Set) nur 1 Tiefgarage Platz für so eine grosse Wohnung!! Parkieren in Grindelwald sehr teuer für eine Woche!”
