For the comfort of our guests, the whole apartment is air-conditioned.
Big patio doors lead out to the front terrace, providing breathtaking views over the sandy beach, the promenade and the bay of Pollensa.
A flight of steps lead up to the rooftop terrace, a private area enjoying the most sensational views and a more additional space. For the comfort of our guests, a car is not necessary at this property, however there is private parking (gates) available on the premises free of charge.
