The apartment ZerMo in house Topas is suitable for up to four adults and one child. The apartment is beautifully furnished, so you can fully enjoy your stay.
All advantages at a glance:

- The apartment is located at Steinmattstrasse 89 on the first floor and is therefore very well situated. Everything necessary is in the immediate vicinity and yet it is very quiet.
- New furnishings provide a particularly cozy feeling and everything within the apartment and also the building has been handled and set up with great care.
- There is a beautiful and spacious outdoor seating area with electric sun blinds. You can enjoy the view of the Matterhorn from there.
- Restaurants, shopping facilities, bus stop and the lift Matterhorn Paradise are all in the immediate vicinity.

- There is free internet (WLAN) throughout the apartment, a flat-screen TV in the living room and also in the 2nd bedroom.

- A ski room is right next to the apartment, so you can directly switch from your slippers into your skiing boots.
- Bike parking is located in front of the house, rain protection for four bikes is provided or can be purchased for CHF 10.00/pc.
- Near the apartment you can hike and ski or just enjoy the garden.

The living room and kitchen are combined in one room with access to the outdoor seating area where there is a lounge, table for 4 and a deck chair. On the terrace you can sunbathe, eat and enjoy the view of the Matterhorn. A large sun blind offers shade.
The dining table in the living room can seat up to 8 people, so you can also invite your colleagues for an aperitif, coffee with cake or even a meal. The Pizza Take Away is only 30m next to the apartment so you don’t have to cook even when you have guests!
Sitting on the couch you have a lovely view into the garden and the surroundings. Or enjoy the large flat screen TV with international channels and a specific channel about Zermatt. The couch can be extended into a 120cm wide bed.
In the kitchen you can cook on four stove tops and use the oven for baking. The kitchen offers enough storage space and also all necessary utensils for preparing your own meals, lovely tableware included. Afterwards, the dishes can be cleaned in the dish washer and thanks to short distances, everything is tidied up very quickly. An aperitif or a standing lunch can be enjoyed at the bar.
In the master bedroom there is a large double bed in a lovely wooden frame, providing an excellent mattress. Furthermore, there is also a desk that can be used as an office workstation. It comes with a printer and scanner/copier, so that most of your important office work can be done quickly and easily, so that you can get back to enjoying your vacation as soon as possible.
The children's bedroom offers a double bed with an excellent mattress and a flat screen TV. In addition, there is direct access to the outdoor seating area and blackout curtains in all rooms for a good night’s sleep.
Free internet (WLAN) is available in the entire apartment. Furthermore, the waste disposal point is less than 30m from the apartment.
During summer time, bikes can be parked in the house's own parking space. During winter time, the spacious ski room also provides a personal closet for your skiing boots.
The apartment is very well located, there are several shopping facilities nearby: A “Spar” and a bakery as well as various restaurants (all within 2 walking minutes). Within 5 minutes you can reach the bus station Kirchbrücke or in 10 minutes the Matterhorn Express.
Minimum booking of the apartment is 3 nights. To be paid in advance to the owner are the tourist tax, final cleaning and cleaning of linen (bed, kitchen, bathroom).
