The interior of the apartment is modern, stylish and newly decorated to offer an even better vacation experience. Also, being located on a corner plot, allows the apartment to be filled with natural light throughout the day providing a great feeling of space and freedom. It has 1 bedroom, one double, as well as a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and sofa. The family bathroom has a shower. For the comfort of our guests, the entire apartment is air-conditioned (at fixed times, from 2pm-4pm and from 8pm-8am).
Large doors open onto the front balcony, allowing for stunning views of the sandy beach, promenade and Pollensa bay. A flight of stairs also leads to the roof terrace, a private area that boasts the most sensational views and plenty of extra space. For the convenience of our guests, even if a car is not necessary at this property, private (locked) parking is available on the premises free of charge.
The tourist tax is included in the rates.
