The modern Villa Alba Seget lies in the picturesque village on the Adriatic coast called Seget Vranjica. The newly built villa was created to offer its guests comfort and luxury, providing accommodation for a total of 10 people.

In its 350 m2 of living space, the impressive villa features a modern kitchen, a comfortable dining room and stunning living room in an open-plan, sun-soaked space overlooking the sparkling sea. The completely air-conditioned villa offers free Wi-Fi both in the indoor and outdoor area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts quality and functionality, whereas the living room features a gorgeous, luxurious sofa alongside a 163cm Smart TV. Altogether 5 airy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are equipped with comfortable beds of 2x2.10m, which can be separated into two single beds of 1 x 2.10m if necessary. The guests further have a separate toilet at their disposal as well as a lovely laundry room complete with a washing machine and dryer. The entertainment offer of the villa includes a PlayStation 4 console, SUP equipment and 4 bicycles that are perfect for exploring the surrounding area. For those who don’t want to skip on their workout routine during holiday, the villa also features a top-notch gym/ fitness room for daily recreation.

If being close to the sea is on the top of your list, Villa Alba Seget is a great holiday choice as the nearest pebble beach is only 200 m away. Apart from swimming in the crystal-clear sea, you can also enjoy a refreshing swim in the stunning heated pool (3.7 x 10.5m) with 4 massage nozzles. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers, quality garden furniture and an outdoor dining table, which is ideal for enjoying the delicious and fresh meals you prepare on the outdoor grill. The fully fenced, 450 m2 large plot further features 2 private uncovered parking spaces as well as 2 garage parking spaces.

Alongside the amenities of Villa Alba Seget, one should also highlight its fantastic location.
