The holiday home is a separate annexe on the owner's residential property, approx. 400 m from the beach. It is equipped with a kitchen-living room (dining area, kitchenette with 2-ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, flat-screen TV, radio), 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x single bed, one wardrobe each), shower/WC, central heating. There is a free car park, bicycle storage room, outdoor seating area, charcoal barbecue, WiFi, insect screen. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption and final cleaning.
The seaside resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are the so-called imperial resorts on the island of Usedom. They have wide sandy beaches, piers with jetties and are connected by a promenade that leads to Swinemünde in Poland. The villages offer bicycle, boat and beach chair hire, tennis courts and a network of well-signposted hiking trails. A modern water park, the Ostseetherme, is centrally located between Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The border crossing to Poland can be reached from Ahlbeck in just a few minutes.
