It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, radio, dining table) with an integrated kitchen (electric hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed), a hallway with an armchair bed as an extra bed option and a bathroom with shower/WC. There is a furnished terrace, various seating areas on the property, barbecue facilities, sunbathing lawn, table tennis, storage space for bicycles, sun loungers and parking. A crib and high chair can be provided for small children. Heating is provided by an electric heater (night storage heater).
