The farmhouse boasts a well-appointed ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities and opens to the terrace, offering scenic views of the vineyards. The dining room also leads to the terrace. An air-conditioned sitting room offers a comfortable space, while two of the bedrooms complete this level. The remaining bedroom is on the first floor.
Outdoor amenities encompass extensive enclosed land and adjoining vineyards. An electric entrance gate grants access to exceptional views of the Dentelles de Montmirail. A shaded terrace with a pergola provides a delightful space. The private pool, heated from April to October and secured by a safety cover, measures 11m x 5.5m.
The farmhouse is located 3 km from the village and shops: bakery, grocery, post office, restaurants. Violes, is a small wine-producing village, of the wines "Côtes du Rhône".
