Shower room, 2 toilets, electric heating and wood stove. You will appreciate the 25 m² terrace and the 100 m² private grassy garden (surroundings and terrace being finished for summer 2019). The owner, a farmer in a neighboring town, grazes part of his dairy herd in the meadows around the gîte, guaranteed delight! He is at your disposal to organize a visit to his farm with you. This old barn is located at the end of a hamlet, with private land and access, magnificent views of the surrounding countryside (east facing facade with large bay windows). Wood is available free of charge for the stove and barbecue. Small animals are accepted in the gîte AFTER agreement from the owner.
