Maisonette apartment/studio in a good location for getting to Düsseldorf, Cologne and the Neuss ski hall
The apartment is in an elegant two-family house on a quiet street (no traffic zone) in the tranquil Grevenbroich-Kapellen, providing the necessary peace and quiet after an exciting day.
The apartment, connected by space-saving stairs, is spread over two floors. The lower floor has a hallway, bathroom with a shower and WC and makeup mirror, and a living and dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen unit including an espresso machine, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, microwave. The stairs (not barrier-free!) lead to the upper floor with an additional fridge and an optional sofa bed (140cm wide when pulled out), a double bed (ca. 180cm wide) and a desk. The lower floor is equipped with a TV, the upper floor with a TV and DVD player. Fresh towels are provided on arrival and the beds are freshly made according to the number of guests.
The owners would like to emphasise that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed on request.
You can walk (ca. 400-500m) to a bakery, supermarket, petrol station and various restaurants. The city centre of Düsseldorf is about 20 minutes away by car, and Cologne about 30-35 minutes. It is about a 10-minute drive to the JEVER ski hall Neuss, with a range of sports facilities, gastronomy and party facilities.
