    “Das Objekt, Einrichtung und Ausstattung noch sehr gut erhalten. Gemütliche Atmosphäre. Klimaanlage fehlt. Es wird sehr heiß in diesem Haus durch die durchgehenden Glaselemente, die nicht bis oben zum Dach abzudunkeln sind. Es war über Nacht stellenweise 35 Grad in dem Haus. Mangelnde Erklärung der Haus- und Terrassentürschlösser beim auf- und zuschließen. Bei Anmeldung keine große Zuständigkeit der Erklärung erfolgt. Außengrundstück sehr ungepflegt. Äste viel zu dicht am Hausdach, sodaß bei Wind Nachts die Äste gegen das Dach knallten und man ständig aufgeweckt wurde. Die Kissen für die Loungemöbel befanden sich in einem Verschlag auf dem Wieschen, dieser war sehr verdreckt durch Mäusekot, war nicht sehr einladent. Die Endreinigung war sehr teuer pro Tag. Dann sollte dieses schon entsprechend sauber sein und auch keine Haare in den Küchenschubladen sein. Preisleistungsverhältnis in der vor Saison viel zu teuer.
