Country house rental for holidays with a lovely and fresh atmosphere. A charming combination of rustic and modern style in the real rural Majorca between porreres and felanitx.
From the front terrace we access directly to the open living/dining room and open plan kitchen. A door opens to the rear terrace with an outside dining area and the pool. The house has a twin bedroom and a double as well as a shower room.
The dining / Lounge and both bedrooms count with limited air conditioning.
For 24h air conditioning there are extra costs to pay to the owner.
The pretty outdoor area offers a covered terrace, chill out zone, a brick barbecue, an outdoor shower and sun loungers. Instead of the parasols, a shade pergola was installed. The brightly tiled 8 x 4 m long pool is nestled between lawn and gravel areas. Parking possible on the property.
