This beautiful stone house is a semi-detached building located near Porec, and consists of Villa Zita and Villa Parentium. Each villa is decorated in a traditional Istrian style and has a private pool and courtyard. Villa Parentium consists of 4 bedrooms with double beds, 4 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. There is also a baby cot and a high chair, DVD player, satellite TV, and free, wireless internet. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have towels and bed linen. In front of the villa there is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols and a cowered terrace with garden furniture, outdoor shower and barbecue. The villa also has parking in front of the house (1 parking space). Pets are allowed. (max 1). This beautiful stone house is located in the small village of Dracevac, 7.5 km from Porec and 6.5 km from the first beach in Zelena Laguna. The small town of Dračevac has a lot of greenery, and is an ideal place to relax and escape from the city bustle. It houses typical Istrian houses. Dračevac is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and olive groves, as well as numerous forest roads.
