This property is located in La Herradura, a town with 4200 residents. It is only 2 km to the ocean and the town centre.
The 144 m² house is centrally heated and air conditioned, is bright and was designed by an architect. It accommodates up to eight people in three bedrooms with two double and two single beds. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for two. The open plan, ground floor kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer a dishwasher and a coffee maker. A washing machine can be found in a closet in the kitchen. The large bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a dressing room. The living room is furnished with two electric armchairs, a large sofa bed and a satellite television. A wide staircase leads to the top two bedrooms, a work space with a desk and a chair and a bathroom. Wireless internet access is available in all rooms.
The 300 m² property is home to a patio, the fully fenced in garden with banana and avocado trees, palm trees and Jasmin flowers and offers ocean views. There are two seating areas to choose from for your al fresco dining experience. It also offers a barbecue and six sun loungers. There are two private car parking spaces.
The villa is only 20 minutes’ walk from the pretty and very large beach in the shape of a horseshoe. Fully equipped with many free games for kids, its showers, toilets, changing room, disabled access, very calm sea. Many small restaurants feet in water.

It is 2 kilometres to a grocery store. It is not far to the beach in La Herradura and Almuñecar (about 27,000 residents). It has calm waters, showers, changing rooms and is handicap accessible. Aquatic sports abound. It is a 45 minute drive to Malaga airport. La Herradura is home to an 18th century castle, a harbour, restaurants, cafes, bars, a club, a bicycle rental agency and a place that offers paragliding. The winters here are very mild. During the summer there is a nice breeze and the ocean is 24 to 26 degrees.
