Holiday house with a beautifully laid out garden with an olive grove and a sunny terrace

The detached house is in Medulin on the Adriatic coast of Croatia. The house was built in 2007 and was last renovated in 2007. Owing to the location and the size of the garden, the beautiful house with two bedrooms is ideal for families with children and pets.

The ca. 56m² house exudes a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere and provides ample space for four to six people. The living and dining room has a pull-out sofa for two people (160cm wide), a coffee table, satellite TV with a DVD player, a radio and a dining table. The adjoining open kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and espresso pot. The two bedrooms each have a double bed 160cm wide. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. There is air conditioning and heating in the living room that also cools and heats the other rooms in the house. Wireless Internet access is available in all rooms.

In the outdoor area a garden awaits you with a lawn and an olive grove, as well as a cosy sunny terrace with garden furniture and a grill. End your evening together with a barbecue or look for a quiet little spot in the garden to read a book and relax. There are two private outdoor parking spaces free of charge. A maximum of two pets are allowed.

It is only about 300 metres the nearest grocery shop, cafes and restaurants. The sea and the beach are just 500 metres away. You can try various water sports here: surfing, jetskiing or canoeing. If you would like sports activities on land, you have a wide choice: riding facilities (ca. 200m), a tennis court (ca. 1km), a volleyball court (ca. 1km), bicycle hire (ca. 200m).

    “Uns und unserer Hündin hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Vermieterin ist eine liebenswerte Dame, die sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert hat. Wir haben uns super verstanden und sie hat uns immer das Gefühl gegeben, dass wenn es ein Problem geben sollte, dieses sofort zu lösen. Das Haus, der Garten, die Terrasse und natürlich die ganze Gegend sind einfach perfekt für einen tollen Urlaub. Man weiß ja nie zu 100% was einen erwartet, wenn man eine Unterkunft anhand von Fotos, Beschreibungen und Bewertungen bucht. Aber hier wurden unsere Erwartungen komplett erfüllt, wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Vielen Dank liebe Vilma. Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr.Bis bald.”

    “Eine nette Hausfrau hat uns für eine Woche ein sauberes, nettes Häuschen überlassen, das voll ausgestattet ist. Sogar Brennholz zum Grillen stand zur Verfügung. Der Garten mit Olivenbäumen hat vor allem unserem Hund gefallen. Weil das Grundstück etwas abseits liegt konnten wir die Ruhe richtig genießen. Es war super… Positiv: Viele nützliche Sachen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

    Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stadt sowie Nationalpark für Strand zu Auslauf für Hunde gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
