In addition to a combined living and sleeping area, the house has a cozy sleeping loft, but due to the steep stairs, this is only suitable for children over 5 years. Enjoy the peace and quiet on the covered, sunny terrace, which at 40 square meters is big enough to relax. A visit to the beach is of course a must. Only a few kilometers separate you from the well-known and popular Baltic Sea resorts with their wide, fine sandy beaches. Your holiday resort is a good starting point for cycling and hiking tours. Very well-developed cycling and hiking trails lead to Heiligendamm, Bad Doberan and to Warnemünde as well as to Rerik, Rakow, Boiensdorf and the small island of "Poel".The "Seaside Resort Warnemünde" with its maritime flair is also highly recommended. Here you will find a long beach promenade followed by a promenade along the "Alten Strom". Warnemünde is a very interesting port town with many small shops, museums, restaurants and cafés. From here you can take various harbor tours. At the “Alten Strom” many different fresh fish specialties are offered that you should not miss.
