Very quiet and private location in the countryside.


This lovely small villa is set amidst avocado fields and olive groves, providing a peaceful and private country retreat. The owners have done their best to offer you a comfortable stay, with good quality furnishings and some nice gadgets such as a Bluetooth speaker and Nespresso machine. All ingredients are there for a perfect holiday!


 


Location and outside area


The villa is located somewhat northwest of Nerja (5.9 km) and can be reached by a 1.4 km long concrete track with a few sharp curves, passing through lush vegetation and a small river bed right before arriving. The last 300m is an unsurfaced road with some bumps (normal cars can drive without problem but should be careful). Nerja offers splendid beaches, a vast array of facilities and a humming nightlife. There are also beach bars and restaurants opened all year round. For shopping, you can also make a stop at the charming whitewashed village of Frigiliana (3 km), where you will find supermarkets, good restaurants and tapas bars. This area is a walkers' paradise. If you prefer driving, then the pretty white villages of the Axarquia region, the historic caves of Maro and the Alhambra Palace in Granada are just some of the excursions to be enjoyed.
Sun loungers await at the terrace that surrounds the pool (6.5m x 3.5m and 1.2m - 1.7m deep). For a lazy siesta, you can take shelter from the midday sun under the covered veranda terrace, which is also a perfect setting to enjoy an alfresco meal. Next to the pool you will find a splendid barbecue area.


 


Inside and lay-out


The interior of the villa is tastefully furnished and decorated, providing a good level of comfort. The villa has all rooms on one floor. From the veranda, there is an access to the living/dining room where you will find 2 sofas, open fireplace, satellite-TV and dining facilities for 6. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, a 3 ringed induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and all kinds of utensils. There is 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. There is a shower room with WC and single wash basin.


The villa has a free internet connection and several extra’s such as a Bluetooth speaker, "Dolce Gusto" coffee machine and safe box.


 


Note: Air conditioning (hot / cold) is available in the bedrooms (the air of the corridor should be noticed in the living/dining room); it is optional with a supplement per week.

    “Casa bien equipada, limpieza, acceso un poco complicado por el estado del firme en los últimos 500 metros, contenedores de basura alejados de la casa (precisa de vehículo para llevar la basura). Atención exquisita por los propietarios. Positiv: Acceso a la propiedad mejor urbanizado, aire acondicionado o ventilador incluido en el precio, aunque en septiembre no ha sido necesario.”
