This elegant vacation rental in the village of Lonato del Garda, is part of a villa consisting of 7 residential units located just steps from the shores of Lake Garda and 1 km from the town of Desenzano. The property has a communal and heated pool where you can relax in any season while enjoying the panoramic view. In addition to the garages, guests have at their disposal a panoramic roof terrace where background music is played. Desenzano is not only a tourist town, but is lively in all seasons and is a popular winter weekend destination, for shopping in the outlets and for evenings in the clubs and restaurants. Along an inner street that runs parallel to the lakeside promenade and that starts from the ancient Piazza Malvezzi ( 16th century), you will find elegant showcases for more than a kilometer and between the stores you will find the tables of ice cream parlors and bars that specialize in aperitifs and snacks during the day and where live music is often played in the evening. Desenzano is an ideal starting point to visit the Lower Lake Garda, characterized by countless charming corners: for example, the nearby Sirmione, certainly the most prestigious place of the entire lake, before continuing to Salò, with its brand new promenade and the MU.SA (Museum of Salò), to Toscolano Maderno and Gardone Riviera, where you can find the "Vittoriale degli Italiani" of Gabriele D'Annunzio. With the boat service of Desenzano (1 km) you can easily reach the ports of Toscolano Maderno (40 km), Limone del Garda (45 km), Riva del Garda (Trentino) (55 km), Malcesine (25 km) and Torri del Benaco (35 km) (Veneto), so that its passengers can admire Lake Garda from its many angles. The largest gulf of lower Garda, where Desenzano is located, is characterized by a wide tourist offer: organized and equipped beaches with bars and kiosks open also in the evening, restaurants, pedal boats, rental boats, sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms , showers and watercraft. For a day trip we recommend you to take the cable car from Malcesine to Monte Baldo, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake from above! On Monte Baldo you can also go paragliding or mountain biking.
