Two holiday homes, and two guest rooms with shared swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis, basketball and pétanque court, surrounded by a large wooded area, in the heart of Provence In the heart of Provence, about one kilometer from the village of Grans, you will find two gîtes, two guest rooms. These are quiet on a wooded and secluded two-hectare site on which the owner's house is located.



The site comprises a secured, shared pool, a boules alley and tennis court, and a closed parking area. Guests have free access to all the amenities. There are plenty of deckchairs by the 12 x 6-metre pool, which is shared with the owner. Tennis rackets and boules balls are available to borrow.

The old pine, oak and olive trees on site provide ample shade on walks. It is easy to get from the property to all the well-known places of interest and towns in the radius of 50 kilometres that Provence is famous for, such as the Luberon and Camargue areas, or Baux en Provence, Aix en Provence, Avignon, Arles and Marseille. Shopping facilities such as a bakery, a butcher shop, a little supermarket, a tobacco shop, a cinema, doctors and a pharmacy as well as restaurants and bars can be found in the centre of the village of Grans in one kilometre distance. In Salon de Provence which is four kilometres away, you can find further restaurants and bigger supermarkets.

Le Domaine de 2 hectares compte 2 locations de vacances et 2 chambres doubles. Par choix, notre Domaine reste une structure intimiste avec peu de locataires. Ce qui nous différencie des hôtels, clubs ou centres de vacances.
Chaque location est totalement indépendante avec sa terrasse privative de 30m2 avec salon de jardin et barbecue.
La cuisine d’été est commune aux 2 chambres doubles. Chaque chambre possède son frigo privatif et son espace privatif pour manger.
La piscine sécurisée est grande 12x6 et à partager avec d'autres locataires ainsi que le court de tennis, le terrain de pétanque et le grand parc arboré de 2hectares de forêt.
Les chaises longues sont nombreuses et suffisantes pour tous les locataires.
Compte tenu de l'espace et de la disposition des locations, chacun trouve sa place sans promiscuité.
