This vacation home with a panoramic view of the sea awaits you in the heart of the seaside resort of Saint-Quay-Portrieux.

The apartment is very bright thanks to its large windows and offers a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view. The interior is modern, pleasant and offers all the comforts for a successful vacation. Only 200 meters away there is a small sand and pebble beach. The large, well-known beach of the casino is only 700 m away. There are clubs for children with pool and games. At the other end of the beach there is a swimming pool with sea water.

The town of St-Quay-Portrieux is very nice, you can walk along the marina and eat in the restaurants and crêperies, or try local specialties such as seafood platters, Breton pancakes and cakes or cider. The Comtesse beach, 2 km away, is also popular with holidaymakers. For hiking enthusiasts, there is the GR34 at 50 meters. To visit: I'lle de Bréhat (20 km) the towns of Paimpol (26 km) and Saint-Brieuc (21 km), the abbey of Beauport (23 km), the temple of Lanleff (18 km), the chapel of Kermaria (12 km). Activities: equestrian center Plouha (7 km), Zooparc Tregomeur (13 km), Accrobranche Morieux (37 km).
