This luxurious and sunny 3 bedroom vacation apartment is located in the complex 'El Portón' in Sitio de Calahonda and offers breathtaking views from the living room and master bedroom over the surrounding area to the Mediterranean Sea. The complex has extensive manicured gardens and 2 large pool areas (one of which is lifeguard free and is open until the end of October), as well as a children's pool and play area. It also offers outdoor parking within the complex. Restaurants are within walking distance as well as by car.
The renovated, spacious apartment is located on the 2nd floor with the elevator. The accommodation is spread over one floor and consists of a very spacious living / dining area with open plan, large, modern and fully equipped kitchen with a utility room and washing machine. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard throughout and has hot and cold air conditioning in the lounge and all bedrooms. There is also fiber optic WiFi and a digital box that broadcasts international channels on the TV. Other amenities include a Blueray DVD player and a radio.
The lounge leads out onto a beautiful terrace with spectacular views of the sea. The terrace is equipped with a dining area, a large sofa, 2 sun loungers and a gas barbecue.
All bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds, which can be either twin beds or pushed together to form a king size bed. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with a round bathtub with overhead shower and windows that provide natural light and spectacular views. One guest bedroom also has its own shower room and the third bedroom uses the guest shower room.
