Plouha is a fun-loving Breton town set on one of the most beautiful sections of the Côtes d'Armor with pristine , infinite flat and therefore completely harmless natural beaches . The sheltered location in the great Bay of St. Malo, Mont St. Michel and the Channel Islands Jeursey /Geurnsey and at low tide some several hundred meters deep strand are ideal for holidays with children. At the same time Plouha is an ideal starting point for trips to explore some of the most charming historic towns , natural monuments and cultural heritage of Brittany. Plouha is known as a popular residence for retirees , but also for families with children. And popular because of the traditional festivals " Fest Noz " with music and dances in Breton tradition. This detached, modern, but tailored in style villa with sea views is a non-smoker house. It is quietly situated in a nature reserve of the " Pointe de Plouha ", the highest point of the cliffs of the Côtes d'Armor, in a small hamlet with almost exclusively traditional stone houses ( quiet cul de sac - no through traffic) . The house is bright, friendly, very comfortable and tastefully furnished and has a small way direct access to the coastal path and easy access to the natural beaches.Ground floor: living - dining room, satellite smart-LED-TV (ASTRA, terr., internet), CD player, radio, stereo, telephone with free Faltrate by 65 countries (list on request ), free Internet access with W-LAN/Wifi, 2 large sliding doors to 2 teraces.     “Wat een geweldig huis, wat een ongelofelijk mooie tuin en wat een prachtig uitzicht over zee!
    De woning ligt in een mooie en rustige wijk dicht bij zee. Zowel binnen als buiten het huis is alles zeer goed onderhouden. De eigenaar vraagt dan ook (terecht) om zorgvuldig met het huis en de tuin om te gaan. In de tuin mag bijvoorbeeld niet gevoetbald worden (om de vele prachtige planten en bloemen te beschermen).
    De ruime en lichte woonkamer en keuken zijn comfortabel en compleet ingericht. Met de elektrische rolluiken rondom kan de zon (indien nodig) buiten worden gehouden.
    De WiFi was perfect en snel. Het bereik van de telefoon was wisselend. Er is en vaste telefoon beschikbaar waarmee gratis naar vaste nummers gebeld kan worden.
    Direct vanuit het huis kunnen mooie wandelingen en fietstochten gemaakt worden. Onze e-bikes konden in de garage staan.
    We kiezen voor onze vakantie eigenlijk altijd een andere woning in een andere regio, maar deze woning zouden we best nog wel een keer kunnen boeken!”
