Apartmant Lada, 50 m from the beach

The house is located in the settlement of the family houses called PJESCANA UVALA ( sandy bay), cca 2,5 km from historic center of Pula, the town with 3000 years rich history. During the summer season there is variety of the cultural events ( concerts, performances, festivals, exhibitions, local fairs...) taking place on the ancient locations of the town... (Colosseum, squares..) Pješčana uvala is a settlement which, just as the name suggests (meaning sandy cove in Croatian), is situated along a beautiful sandy and pebbly beach. The shade of beach umbrellas and dense tree tops make it a perfect place for a longer stay for the whole family. Owing to its crystal-clear sea, it is a favorite spot for children and beginner swimmers. There is also a seaside promenade with numerous catering facilities and a variety of tourist offers. The app is tastefully and functionally equipped, recently completely renovated, providing all the facilities for the comfortable and relaxing vacation . Distance : from the beach 50 meters from the grocery store : 200 meters from the restaurant : 100 meters

The renting price includes: energy, bed linen and towels change once a week, final cleaning, air/co, wireless internet connection (password provided by the owner), tourist tax and registration.

    “Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Werden sicher wieder mal dort hin kommen. Positiv: Ganz einfache und freundliche Abwicklung mit den Vermietern. Schöner ruhiger Ort für den Urlaub und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Restaurant: Restaurant skuza - Direkt am Meer gelegen. Gut zu essen. Freundliche Bedienung Ausflüge: Stadt Pula - Schöne historische sehenswerte Stadt. Schöner Markt und gute Restaurants”

    “Die Ferienwohnung liegt absolut toll. Zum kleinen Strand in der Bucht sind es keine 100 Meter. Ein Basketballplatz vor dem Haus ist kostenlos verfügbar und wurde von uns auch häufig genutzt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut (Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gasherd). Auch alle übrigen Zimmer sind in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand und mit relativ neuen Möbeln ausgestattet. Einziges Manko: Die Wohnung liegt Parterre, so dass wir mit diversen kriechenden Insekten zu tun hatten. Im Bad meiner Töchter fand sich u.a. ein kleiner Skorpion, wie sie in der Mittelmeerregion häufig vorkommen. Trotzdem würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.”
