This beautiful and classy house is located near the sea in the resort area of Spodsbjerg. The house is built of wood and is very bright and nicely decorated. The house is not carpeted. Apart from the bedroom, which is equipped with a wooden floor, all rooms have tiled floors with underfloor heating. The house is only 2.1 km away from the marina in Spodsbjerg, 3.6 km from a 'Put and Take' lake and 22 km away from the Langeland Golf Course. In addition, the area also has some really good fishing spots. Spodsbjerg is a good base for a great holiday, all year round.
