Dieses modern und liebevoll eingerichtete Appartement in der 4. Etage bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf die Ostsee. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein komfortables Schrankbett mit Federkernmatratze für die dritte und vierte Person. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem zusätzlichen Fernseher ausgestattet. Ein CD-Player steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
 
Während Ihres Aufenthalts steht Ihnen kostenfreies WLan zur Verfügung. So sind Sie immer up to date oder teilen Ihre Urlaubsbilder mit den Liebsten Daheim.

Das Haus ist ruhig, direkt an der Promenade und Strand gelegen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Kaiserbäder sowie das wald- und binnenseereiche Hinterland zu erkunden. Gastronomie, Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden Sie fußläufig. Bis zur Seebrücke sind es nur ca. 15 Minuten.

Die Villa Strandperle, fertiggestellt 2002, ist ein exklusives Haus direkt in 1. Reihe an der Strandpromenade im Seebad Bansin. Die wunderschönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnungen sind mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Fast alle Appartements verfügen über Meerblick. Im Haus gibt es einen Lift und eine Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit. Die Tiefgaragen- bzw. Außenstellplätze sind inklusive. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner im Haus sind gegen Gebühr nutzbar.
