Welcome to "Gammelstua" at Myrvang farm in Sollia.

"Gammelstua" is an outbuilding on Myrvang farm in Sollia. The log cabin was built in 1920, but was later renovated. The holiday home is cosily furnished and offers plenty of space for the family.

The holiday home has a great location on the spacious farm. Here you can enjoy long holiday days outside with fun and games. The farm offers a beautiful view of the wonderful surroundings, creating an unforgettable setting for your holiday.

On the other side of the road is Sollia Church, which dates back to 1738, and you can take a guided tour or visit the church yourself. The guided tour must be booked in advance with the holiday home owner. Sollia is located to the north in the municipality of Stor-Elvdal and in the immediate vicinity of many nature sports activities. The holiday home is located on the "Rondane National Tourist Route". From here it's a short walk to the mountains and nearby you will find the Rondane National Park with its famous 2000 metre peaks as well as the beautiful mountain areas along Friisveien or Venabygdsfjellet. If you prefer to head north, you will find a wonderful mountain landscape in Avdal Vestfjell. Lake Setningen is recommended for anglers. The owner of the house has a boat here and can hire out up to five fishing nets. Please note that there is a separate fishing licence for net fishing. If you prefer river fishing, the river Atnaelva is recommended. You can also go canoeing here. Lake Atnasjøen lies to the north-west of Sollia. Stop at Sohlbergplassen to enjoy the view of Rondane. The motif that Harald Sohlberg immortalised in his painting "Winter Night in Rondane" awaits you here. The owner of the house has many good suggestions for excursions, fishing trips and hikes in the mountains around Sollia, and can also accompany you on request.
