A 7 km from the town of Campos and Santanyi, 15 Km of the most spectacular unspoilt mallorcan’s beach, Es Trenc, and 18 km from the Natural Park Mondragó.

Detached house of 800 m2, in a finca of 14000 m2 .
The house has three floors.
On the ground floor we find the dining room, very spacious, the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. On this same floor we find two double rooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and two bathrooms with a bathtub.
On the first floor there is a small distributor room with access to the terrace, and three double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, all of them and dressing room.
On the second floor there is a gym area, and two quadruple rooms each (double bed and two single beds in one room and three single beds and a large sofa bed in the other), with a shared bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 3: first floor, double bed 160cm.
Bedroom 4: first floor, double bed 180cm.
Bedroom 5: first floor, double bed 180cm.
Bedroom 6: second floor, double bed 140cm, single bed 90cm and single bed 100cm.
Bedroom 7: second floor, three single bed 90cm and a sofa bed 150cm.
We can provide you with 4 cots and child seats.
There are two washing machines, two dryers , hair dryer s, stereo , DVD , iron.

We provide you towels, bed linen and cots.
It has WIFI , Satellite TV, Home Cinema, charcoal BBQ , alarm, air conditioning in all rooms and shared areas, and heating radiators.

The site is fenced and has abut hedge around the plot to preserve the privacy of the tenants.
There is an automatic barrier to acces to the Finca, with a videocamera.

One dog is allowed on request (a fee is charged)

The house is located 7 km from Santanyí and 15 Km from Cala Santanyí, where you have the possibility to enjoy the beach, swim in the coves, and sail its waters.
You can reach near unspoiled beaches of the east coast of Majorca.

In and around Santanyi you can enjoy the typical mallorcan cuisine. Agricultural products mainly combined with pork and less frequently with lamb or veal make delicious dishes.

With easy access to a wide range of complementary services, such as restaurants, golf, tennis, horse riding, diving, surfing, boating, etc..
