The Ban Brösign holiday home, awarded 4 Edelweiss, offers a holiday experience in the centre of Umhausen on 220 m² of living space and a 100 m² fenced garden. The lovingly renovated farmhouse impresses with a traditional parlour with a farmhouse stove, modern comforts such as a fitness room, table tennis & darts, infrared cabin and play area for children. Adventure and relaxation for up to 12 people! Ideal for families: play cave, garden with climbing frame and sandpit. Ponies, rabbits and guinea pigs live next door and can be visited under supervision. Just a few minutes' walk away is the hotel's own children's football pitch, the ground trampoline and another large playground. A highlight is the ‘Erlebnisstodl’ next to the house with a creative room, bouldering area and indoor playground, which is available for a small fee and advance booking.

Ground floor: On the ground floor there is a traditional Ötztal stone pine parlour with an original farmhouse stove that spreads cosy warmth. The spacious dining area creates an inviting atmosphere for cosy get-togethers. The separate, fully equipped kitchen boasts modern facilities, including a dishwasher and cosy dining area. There is also a separate WC.
1st floor: a spacious triple room with TV and a double room as well as a bathroom with bathtub and washbasin and a separate WC.
2nd floor: there are two double rooms, each with a TV and balcony, and a triple room with bunk beds and a single bed. A bathroom with shower and washbasin and a separate WC complete this floor.
The basement is a real leisure paradise: A spacious play den/recreation room with flat-screen TV, table tennis, darts and fitness area with cross trainer and training station as well as infrared cabin. There is also a ski storage room with ski boot dryer and a washing machine.

Exclusively for children: The ‘Erlebnisstodl’ - adventure.experience.realm. is a creative room for handicrafts and painting, a gymnastics world with bouldering area and a play room with Playmobil and Lego (for children from 0 - 8 years). In the lower area there is a small indoor area for gymnastics, football or a game of table tennis. The area must be booked in advance (EUR 12.00 per family/use).
