Quality villa with beach at walking distance

This is a charming and independent villa that is clearly very loved by its owners. Once you are here, you will agree that this is not “just another holiday villa”. Both inside and outside areas are well taken care of and meant for long term living, leading to a very comfortable result including air conditioning throughout. Beaches and shops of Torrox Costa are a convenient 5 minute drive away or an easy walk.


Location and outside area

The villa is conveniently located in a rural residential area of Torrox-Costa. The beaches, restaurants and stores of Torrox-Costa are 5 minutes drive (1 km) and can also be reached on foot. The famous beaches of Nerja and the whitewashed town of Torrox-pueblo are both 6 kms away. The area where the villa is located is almost rural and therefore somewhat uncared-for, a fact that is, in our opinion, well compensated by the comfort and beauty of the property. The house is totally walled, ensuring good privacy. It’s got a lovely outside area, with a spacious sun terrace, a garden area and a well-sized attractive private pool of 8 x 5 m. The lovely patio corner with barbecue overlooks the pool and is a perfect setting to enjoy your alfresco meals or to read a book in the shadow.


Inside and lay-out

The dedication of the owners for the outside areas of this villa is also reflected in its interior. With all the rooms in a single floor, this it is a very modern and comfortable villa with a lot of space. The furniture and the decoration are of excellent quality and have been chosen with eye for detail, evoking a homely feel.
The spacious, open-plan living/dining/kitchen offers comfortable seating and an open fireplace to warm up the villa on the cooler days in off-season, whilst the air conditioning will be a welcome feature on the hottest days. A large flat-screen TV with satellite reception is provided. The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all nowadays appliances: a 4 rings hob, oven, microwave, double door fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

With 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms, the villa offers space to 8 persons. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room with WC and wash basin. A second shower room is also provided with WC and wash basin.

Extras: free Wifi, free air conditioning throughout and Bluetooth speaker.
