Holiday home with fireplace and nice orientation

The detached holiday home built in 2020 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the mountains from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. For your exclusive use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire site. Minigolf, tennis courts, ski rental.

Horní Maršov, 600 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.

electric heating, underfloor heating. The stove in the main room, the rooms have central heating, bathroom with underfloor heating and radiators. Facilities: cot, internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via electric wire. TV channels only in local language.
