This inviting vacation home is situated in a sunny location by Holmevattnet, a great lake in the west of Sweden.

A perfect vacation home for families, which offers you enough space to spread out and spend wonderful days of your vacation. This modern furnished accommodation offers an open living concept with full facilities, where you can move fluidly from one part to the other. While one part in the family gets comfortable on the sofa, the other part can prepare a coffee in the wonderful kitchen and the rest devote themselves to a card game on the large dining table. During the day, the large garden invites the children to run around on the green area, while you enjoy the partial view of the lake and let the sun shine on you.

The mentioned house is located in a pleasant cottage and villa area, surrounded by beautiful nature and with the lake right next to it. Not far away is a nice swimming spot with jetties, picnic tables and a swing, thus perfect for you and your family. Furthermore, there is also a boat ramp for those who have brought their own boat, canoe or kayak. From the cottage you can also easily make day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil, Smögenbryggan, fishing or hiking as well and some golf courses are within a few kilometers. In the surrounding forests there is a rich wildlife as well as berries and mushrooms. The area is also known for its good paddling opportunities, for example on the 4-mile rafting trail that goes through lakes and rivers, a fantastic way to experience and explore parts of the wilderness of Bohuslän and Dalsland.
