The completely renovated apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residential complex and consists of two small bedrooms, two bathrooms with bath/shower and WCs, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a bright living room and a balcony with seating. W-Lan and SAT-TV are included. From the bright living room guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the Gastein mountains/the Graukogel. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with induction stove, microwave/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and coffee machine (Nesspreso and French Press). When furnishing the apartment, much emphasis was placed on high quality and optimal use of space. Two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms provide enough privacy. Two pull-out sofas and a foldable crib can be used as additional sleeping places. This makes the apartment ideal for a family with children, couples traveling together or for a group of up to 6 people. The apartment complex includes parking in front of the house, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a bike room, an elevator and a ski room with boot heating.
