From this property, you'll never tire of looking at the beauty of the surrounding countryside of olives and avocado trees with the Mediterranean at the horizon. This is a very comfortable villa, set to receive plenty of sunshine. The spacious, shady patio has a built in barbecue for your outdoor meals.

Location and outside area
The property is set in an elevated position, with unbeatable views on the terraced landscape out to the sea. The adorable village of Torrox is a 10 minute drive away (4.5kms). On foot, the village can be reached by taking a shortcut of only 1.5 kms, the track is called "Vereda Puerta Verde. The villa is just 20 minutes from the coast and perfectly placed to explore the Nerja caves, Granada or Málaga. The spacious verandah comes with two dining tables for a total of 10 persons and stairs that lead down to the attractive pool area (9 by 5 meters) with a shower to cool off in between swims. On the backside of the property is suficient parking space for 5 cars.

Inside and lay-out
The living/dining room with open-plan kitchen is very comfortable and provides a homely feel, thanks to a rustic decoration of old bricks, Andalusian tiles and an open fireplace. The wooden dining table for 6 is complemented with 4 barchairs at the kitchen bar-table . The kitchen is well equipped with hob w/ 4 gas rings, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The property counts 5 bedrooms of which 2 are situated on the first floor. On the ground floor, the bedrooms comprise a double room and a twin room, as well as an additional double room with an ensuite bathroom. A spacious full bathroom for shared use comes with a shower over tub, wc, 2 basins and bidet. Upstairs, you'll find a single and a twin bedroom and a shower room with WC and wash basin.
