On the ground floor we have: the fully equipped kitchen with a dining room facing the garden; the magnificent round living room, elegant, comfortable, and with a wall of windows facing the pool area and with a gorgeous panorama on the sea; the master bedroom with ensuite; a double bedroom and a twin; other two bathrooms. A fashionable staircase leads to the first floor where we have a nice indoor terrace overlooking the living room, with pool table, treadmill (“tapis roulant”), table-football and home gym; a double bedroom and a bathroom. All the bedrooms are provided with AC and television.Bedrooms (4) and bathrooms (4): 1 double bedroom with ensuite (with shower) on the ground floor; 1 double bedroom on the ground floor; 1 twin on the ground floor; 1 bathroom (with shower) on the ground floor; 1 bathroom on the ground floor; 1 double bedroom on the first floor; 1 bathroom on the first floor (with bathtub).PLEASE NOTE THAT ON ARRIVAL THE SUM OF € 300 IS REQUIRED IN CASH FOR THE FINAL CLEANING FEE.Electricity is included up to 200 kWh per week.
