This generous and luxury holiday villa combines the charm of traditional Istrian architecture with all the modern comforts you would need for a memorable holiday. The building originates from the 19th century and has only recently been renovated in 2013 for modern living whilst still retaining much of its original character. Set on a fully fenced plot of land of 1800 m², the villa features 225 m² of living space spread over three floors.
It offers a spacious living-/dining area, open plan kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a guest toilet and is equipped to comfortably accommodate eight persons. All rooms have exposed wood beam ceilings creating a rustic country home atmosphere.
The ground floor hosts the living-/dining area with an open fireplace, large sofa, satellite TV with USB port, radio, Play Station 5.
The open plan kitchen in the middle of the room separates the living area from the dining area where you will find a wooden table with eight matching chairs. Large glass double doors let plenty of light into the room. The modern fully equipped kitchen is complete with electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, stainless steel extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster.
There also is a guest toilet on the ground floor and a shower bathroom with a toilet. A wide stone staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find two of the four bedrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with 180cm x 200cm double beds and have their own bathrooms, both equipped with large walk in showers, wash basin and toilet. One of the first floor bedrooms enjoys direct access to a large covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs and overlooking the pool area. A wide wooden staircase leads from the first to the second floor, which features the third double bedroom with a 180cm x 200cm bed and the fourth bedroom which is equipped with two 90cm x 200cm single beds. The two bedrooms on the second floor share a bathroom, equipped with a shower, wash basin and toilet.
On request, a bed for a baby and a high chair can be made available. You will also find a safe in the living room and a washing machine is also available.
The building is, of course, fully air conditioned and has central heating. Internet access via Wlan is available free of charge.
The large glass doors in the kitchen lead directly into the fenced garden area with the 32 m² private swimming pool which is surrounded by a large lawn area with top modern comfortable sun loungers and large, stylish sun shades and there also is an outdoor shower. A special feature is the covered dining area in the back of the garden with a wood fired barbecue and electric grill, table and chairs. Enjoy a late night swim in the illuminated swimming pool. Children will appreciate the slide and seesaw at the back of the villa, far away enough from the swimming pool so you can let them play outside by themselves. Private parking for four cars is available on the enclosed premises.
The nearest beach is approximately 17 km away from your villa. The town of Poreč with its restaurants, promenades and romantic old streets is approximately 8 km away and this is where you also find the nearest shops. Upon request and for an extra charge, the landlord offers guests to order a food basket to be inside the villa upon arrival, to provide for the first few days of your holiday.
