Spacious and cosy 2 1/2 room flat in an impressive Engadine house. The flat faces south-west, is very bright and sunny and offers a beautiful view of the mountains opposite. It is centrally located but still very quiet, shops and train station are within walking distance. Living room, bedroom and kitchen-living room are each separate rooms and thus offer even more comfort and retreat possibilities.  The living room has a large panoramic window and two comfortable armchairs invite you to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains. In addition, the living room has a table with chairs, a sofa, coffee table, a Stressless armchair and a TV. The bedroom is furnished with pine wood furniture typical for the area and offers enough wardrobe space and storage. The separate and lockable new kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances, practically furnished and also has a dining table with up to 3 chairs. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, washbasin and WC. The flat has Swisscom TV and WLAN, both free of charge.  The sunny terrace or garden can also be used, a private outdoor parking space is directly in front of the house. RhB train station, shops, slopes and hiking trails within walking distance. Family friendly.
