The beautiful stone Villa Šišman is located in the picturesque village Donji Zemunik, in the vicinity of Zadar, known for its rural and agricultural tourism, only 8 kilometres away from the sea.
The villa can accommodate 10 people in its 150m2 living space featuring 4 harmoniously decorated bedrooms, of which 2 are equipped with double beds and 2 with 2 sets of single beds, including 3 bathrooms and 3 separate toilets. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room, with rustic design details. On the spacious terrace you will find a table suitable for 10 people at the end of which there is a fireplace for preparing delicious dishes with your family or in the company of friends.
In the yard there is an 6x4 sized heated swimming pool with lighting as well as an outdoor shower, surrounded by 6 sun loungers completely enclosed by a stone wall and hedge. The owner is always available to our guests in the house in front of the villa for all wishes and requests. There are 5 parking spaces available for our guests, as well as many entertaining facilities for children and also for the older guests such as swings, sandpit, basketball, table tennis and bowling alley. Nearby are also domestic animals that will delight animal lovers and the youngest guests.
Zemunik Donji is the village near Zadar, which is known for its environmental and nature conservation associations, a village of a beautiful landscape and a perfect place for all nature lovers.
