The villa offers 400 m2 of space for 8 people in 4 spacious, harmoniously furnished bedrooms with double beds. On the upper floor of the villa you will find 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and a bathtub. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room. One room and the master bedroom have beautiful terraces overlooking the islands, while the second room has a beautiful view of the mountains. The fourth room is located in the basement of the villa and is the largest room in the villa with its own bathroom and terrace. There is also a laundry room on this floor. On the first floor of the villa you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a modern living room with fireplace and a dining room with seating for 8. On the first floor you will also find an atrium with a barbecue, a small storage room, a separate toilet and a checkroom. On the terrace there is an outdoor dining table with seating for 8. In the courtyard of the villa you will find a jacuzzi, a beautiful heated pool, 3x7 m in size and 1.5 m deep, surrounded by 8 sun loungers and parasols. The beautiful garden of the villa with cherry, sour cherry, pomegranate and fig trees as well as a small garden with herbs and Mediterranean vegetation completes the picture of the beauty of a vacation on the Mediterranean. The yard is partially fenced with a concrete and wrought iron fence, stones and a hedge. At the disposal of our guests there are 4 parking spaces in the courtyard of the villa. The beautiful villa has a treadmill and fitness equipment. Villa Bellevue is located on the slope of Biokovo, near Ba?ka Voda, at 316 meters above sea level. The village was founded in ancient times and there are visible traces of various cultures that have changed throughout history. The area is rich in sacral monuments and historical monuments. It should be emphasized that the view of the surrounding landscape from Mount Biokovo to the islands and the coast is truly unforgettable. Forget your worries in the shade of the pine trees, relax with a walk along the seashore and enjoy the scent of pine needles and Mediterranean herbs. Enchant your senses with the most beautiful vacation and spend an unforgettable time in one of the best accommodations near Biokovo. The pool is available from 31.03.2024. - 31.10.2024. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or bachelor parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 25 years or younger.
