The villa also offers a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a spacious living room. There are also 4 comfortable bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms.

IMPORTANT: Youth groups are not accepted! Vintijan is a small village next to the town of Pula and very close to Pjescana Uvala. The city of Pula is known for its rich cultural heritage, the most famous of which is the Roman Amphitheater. Pjescana Uvala, a small village near Pula, initially served as a quiet resort for the inhabitants of Pula, but today it is almost completely geared towards tourism. Surrounded by green Mediterranean vegetation and situated at the end of the Veruda Channel, the place is well protected from the wind and offers plenty of sunshine throughout the day. Pjescana uvala is known for its rich gastronomic offer and here you will find bars, stores, restaurants and a harbor. The location of the villa is truly ideal as it is close to Pula, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city for you to enjoy the peace and quiet and truly relax. Pjescana Uvala and the nearby island of Veruda are also fantastic places for divers. Further south is Medulin, a small town known for its wide range of sports activities and beautiful sandy beaches. The Brijuni National Park is also nearby and is ideal for a day trip with the whole family.
