The charming Villa Mendula is located in a small village near the Istrian town of Labin. In front of the villa there is a private pool next to which you can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this region. Outside you will find a summer kitchen with a spacious dining table and a wonderful fireplace, where you have the opportunity to spend cozy summer evenings with family and friends.
The interior of Villa Mandula exudes a traditional Istrian atmosphere. The interior of the villa extends over the elevated first floor where you will find a comfortable living room and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with dining area. On the same floor there are two double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds, as well as two spacious bathrooms. But that's not all - at Villa Mendula you will also have two terraces at your disposal, where you will enjoy a magnificent view of the untouched nature.
You will never be bored at Villa Mendula. All literature lovers will find a large selection of novels in English in the villa's living room.

The nearest beach is only 9 km away from the villa, but Istria also offers other fabulous beaches along the coast. Istria is known for numerous hiking and cycling trails, so don't miss the opportunity to take short trips to the surrounding towns where you will have the chance to taste the traditional specialties of this region. Be sure to visit the romantic towns of Labin and Rabac. If you want to visit the larger towns, we recommend visiting the historic town of Pula and the Roman amphitheater, as well as other valuable sights. We definitely recommend a full-day excursion to the Ucka Nature Park or the Brijuni National Park.
