Comfortable apartment with swimming pool near Umag

Welcome to this splendid 70m2 apartment located on the ground floor of a house with two apartments for rent and a fantastic communal swimming pool. Our facility is located in the village of Vilanija, just 5 km from the wonderful city of Umag. The location of the house in the quiet village of Vilanija is perfect for those who want a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but at the same time want to be close to the beautiful sandy beaches in the area. In just 10 minutes by car, you can reach the most fascinating beaches in the area and enjoy the crystal clear sea and splendid coastal views.



Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by a large bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, coffee table and satellite TV to ensure your comfort and entertainment. The dining table with chairs will allow you to enjoy meals in company or organize evenings of games and fun.


The apartment has two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe for storing your personal belongings. You will be able to rest peacefully and wake up rejuvenated to fully enjoy your holiday days.


The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower, sink, toilet and a convenient washing machine to ensure a worry-free stay. You can do your laundry without having to worry about bringing a load of dirty clothes home.


Outside the apartment, a delightful terrace with a table and benches awaits you, perfect for enjoying breakfast or sipping an evening drink. You can also use the barbecue to prepare delicious outdoor meals and spend pleasant evenings in the company of your loved ones.



But the real attraction of this house is the stunning communal pool located behind the house. You can relax on the comfortable sun loungers, cool off in the crystal clear water and enjoy the day's sunshine. The swimming pool is ideal for cooling off on hot summer days and spending unforgettable moments in total relaxation.

* We ask our kind guests:

 - to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,

- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning, the washing machine and the dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,

- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,

- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,

- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,

- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys.

The nearest restaurants are Nono, Bokun kantina Melon in Petrovia a nearby town, the nearest grocery store is located in the town of Petrovia 1.5 km from the house. To shop we recommend traveling a few kilometers further to the most convenient supermarkets in Umag Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine.


 In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the joy of children.

To purchase a larger quantity of food, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.

There are various leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers

, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino, possibility of various boat trips or by bus.

The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food outlets, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.

For non-beach days or evenings we recommend taking unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a splendid terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun is a typical medieval town located on a hill, known for its film festival, which has taken place at the end of July for years. Livade, the town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit by appointment the Astronomical Center in Višnjan, 30 km from Umag. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited on organized trips. Various "Fish picnic" boat trips are organized there, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of adults and children beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tastings of excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more.
