Bright and modern flat, centrally located and easily accessible. Ideal for friends and for families, including large families and families travelling with grandparents.
The flat is located on the ground floor of a two-family house. It is accessed directly, without stairs. Favourable exposure and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
There is a convenient covered parking area (No. 8), a communal enclosed area for leaving bicycles, baby prams, skis and sledges, as well as a small courtyard for communal use.

The flat consists of:
- two bedrooms: the first with a double bed (160 x 190 cm) and the second with two bunk beds (90 x 200 cm), sleeping a total of 6; there is a built-in wardrobe in both rooms
- a large living room with two sofas, which can also accommodate 2 additional people
- a bright and fully equipped kitchen
- a large bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet
- a second, smaller bathroom with toilet and washbasin
- a convenient storage room

A short walk from Chasina Bonavia you will find the post postbus stop, a grocery shop, bakery, dairy and butcher's shop. The main other services can be reached on foot in a couple of minutes.
From the flat, you can go directly, on foot or by bicycle, for nice hikes on the many trails in the region. The Scuol-Motta Naluns ski resort and the Scuol thermal SPA can be reached in less than ten minutes by car or by public transport (free of charge).
In winter, Sent offers a small ski-lift for children and an outdoor skating piste, while in summer a playground, an artificial football field and a beach volleyball area keep young and old entertained.
