Villa San Niccolo is an old Istrian house located in the small village of Saint Nikola, about 6 km from Umag and the beaches away.
The house was built in 1910 and fully renovated in 2010. It lies on an enclosed family property of 1600 sqm where there are two more houses and in one live the house owners. On well-maintained garden only the guests of the villa have use of a swimming pool of 47 sqm, green covered terrace with sitting set, one parking space and another one on the driveway in front of the house.
Villa with swimming pool for 4 guests with a total living area of 185 sqm on three floors. The ground floor consists of a living room, wine room with a table for joint moments, kitchenette, small laundry, shower. The first floor has a double bedroom with two single beds, satellite TV, fireplace and toilet, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, access to a covered balcony with barbecue and dining table. In the attic there is a spacious bedroom with satellite TV, fireplace, sauna and private shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
